Our repair and maintenance contract service DE-Assured is designed to take the strain out of running a fleet and provide operators with peace of mind.

Nobody knows our vehicles better than we do and our engineers will ensure your vehicle is maintained to the highest levels throughout its life cycle.

A DE-Assured repair and maintenance contract will also provide you with budget certainty, helping to manage your cash flow and avoid unexpected bills.

Dennis Eagle staff are well integrated and work closely with customers’ staff at their own sites. We often take on and train existing staff from previous contract holders. Any engineering staff shortages are covered by drawing highly trained from our network of Field Service Engineers.

Our service can also involve finding and fitting out new premises to the highest standards, sometimes very quickly.

Our goal is to do all we can to ensure all vehicles are permanently available to customers, even in the most challenging circumstances.

All Dennis Eagle vehicles, as well as those from other manufacturers, are maintained to comply with original manufacturer’s guidelines.

We operate a strict ‘nil defect’ policy at all times. We strictly follow maintenance schedules, plan routine servicing well in advance and can manage warranties if requested.
