Contract Manager, Hillingdon

Join our team as a Contract Manager, where you'll ensure top-notch standards in vehicle repair and servicing, compliance with regulations, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll manage staff, maintain documentation, and uphold health and safety standards, ensuring all work meets VOSA standards and Department of Transport specifications.

In this role, you'll analyse contract activities, oversee vehicle services and MOTs, and ensure timely completion of all tasks. You'll liaise professionally with customers, manage daily contract operations, and maintain high-quality work. Your commitment to health and safety, customer care, and continuous improvement will be key to your success.

Qualifications that set you apart include:

• Good working knowledge of compliance required to run a contract site
• Previous, proven experience running a vehicle workshop
• Experienced in commercial vehicle servicing and repair, either through past experience or knowledge
• Ability to motivate a manage a team
