Financial Accountant, Warwick

Role: Financial Accountant

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for financial accuracy? We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to manage month-end reporting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance. You’ll handle everything from ledger closures and balance sheet reconciliations to intercompany processes and internal controls, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to Group.

In this role, you’ll also support budgeting and forecasting, manage sub ledgers, and oversee statutory accounting and audits. If you have experience in financial and management accounting, and are committed to maintaining high standards, we want you on our team in Warwick. 

 

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • A solid understanding of UK Accounting Standards and their application
  • Working knowledge of Corporation tax and payroll concepts
  • Two or more years’ experience of working in an accounting role for a £100m+ turnover company, ideally within manufacturing
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
