Role: Parts Person

Location: Ivybridge, PL21 9PE

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday 

Join the team at Dennis Eagle Ivybridge as a Parts Person, where you'll handle part ordering and processing for engineers, depots, and contracts while providing exceptional customer service.

You'll promote part sales, manage stock control for vans, workshops, and contracts, and ensure accurate and timely parts ordering. Responsibilities include processing warranties and returns, maintaining a clutter-free work area, and continually improving product knowledge. You'll respond professionally to customer needs, follow procedures for orders and returns, and assist the parts department in daily operations and during team absences. Operate within company guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
