Role: Training & Compliance Lead

Location: Warrington, WA1 4RZ

Hours: 40 hpw, between 07:30 and 16:00 Monday to Friday

Your Role:

  • Create and Update Documentation: Develop and maintain training and instruction documents for all project work.
  • Enhance Training Content: Improve technical training materials with the project team.
  • Deliver Training: Provide internal and external training after project installations.
  • Audit Systems: Conduct audits on Quality, Environmental, Training, and Health & Safety systems before and after installations.
  • Impactful Work: Ensure the success and quality of our projects.
  • Continuous Learning: Improve and deliver top-notch training programs.

 

Qualifications that set you apart:

  • The ability to teach on safe operation, technical subjects and compliance.
  • Ability to devise quality technical manuals and material.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge to enable questions to be answered and to engage delegates in debate.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Publisher and Excel
