Role: Workshop Chargehand

Location: Coundon, DL14 8NR

Hours: 45 hours per week | 9 hours per day between 06:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday 

We're looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our workshop team, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for managing and developing staff, planning and executing jobs, and maintaining compliance with company standards, and Health & Safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include servicing and maintaining vehicles to DVSA standards, preparing vehicles for HGV MOT, managing documentation in line with ISO requirements, and ensuring all work meets customer satisfaction. 



Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Time served experience in maintenance and repair of RCVs or similar equipment in a workshop environment or as an onsite engineer
  • Experience of both Body and chassis maintenance and repair
  • Workshop maintenance and planning experience
