Role: Blaster Prepper

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37hpw, 06:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday 

Are you detail-oriented and committed to quality? We’re looking for a Blaster/Prepper to carry out shot blasting to our high paint standards (S/A 2.5) and maintain production line efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring top-notch quality, adhering to BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, and supporting both internal and external suppliers.

As part of our team, you’ll promote a proactive approach to quality initiatives, ensure health and safety standards are met, and support general paint shop duties. Flexibility is key, as you’ll rotate between tasks and assist with light prep work


Qualifications that set you apart:

    • Ability to adapt to the different processes in the paint shop areas
    • Ability to communicate with others effectively
    • Knowledge of Health & Safety within the paintshop
    • Please note this role will require you to work in awkward, confined positions
