Role: Facilities Engineer

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | 06:45 - 16:15 Tuesday to Friday

 

Join the Facilities team at our Head Office in Warwick as a Facilities Engineer!

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our factory operates efficiently and is well-maintained. You'll be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing repairs to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. Your work will involve maintaining buildings, plant, and equipment, performing fault finding, and ensuring all machinery functions correctly. Accurate documentation of all maintenance activities is essential.

In this role, you'll also ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, while fostering a safe working environment. This will include supporting continuous improvement initiatives and responding promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and repairs.

 

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Experience in a similar role, including building repair and interior refurbishment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical repair and maintenance of heavy plant, and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Comfortable using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • IOSH qualification.
