Welder, Blackpool

Role: Welder

Location: Blackpool, FY4 4NW

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 07:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday 

We're looking for a Welder to join the Production team at Blackpool! You'll work on the production welding line, ensuring all products meet quality standards in line with BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Your role will involve maintaining product quality, identifying defects, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.

 

Qualifications that set you apart include:

  • Experience working in a welding / fabrication environment and performing fabrication changes
  • A familiarity with MIG welding techniques
  • MIG welding or Fabrication qualification or Time served in Fabrication
  • Ability to make decisions relating to current build conditions, i.e. parts to be fitted and correct welding procedures
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, climbing over vehicle, ability to enter/exit cab. Occasional heavy lifting required
